There is new management and the DTL, that's why there are renovations.
Empire Dine & Dance - word on the street is that it will be open this coming Friday night, just in time fot the Art Walk! *cheers*
But you have to wonder about the DTL.
This is from police beat: 11/8 at 9:38 p.m. Norman Jabar, 42, of South Portland, was arrested on a charge of violation of bail conditions.
Maine Beer and Beverage might take over Granny's and rename it Grampy's.

Empire Dine & Dance indeed opened, I think it was in time for First Friday. I didn't see it that night, a co-worker did, and the paper is gone from the windows.
No more happy hour at DTL because "they don't need it anymore"
