Target audience is a good question. Harvest on the Harbor is a food lovers event, with a culinary tourism focus. The big idea is to get you, me and everyone else who loves dining on and discovering the cuisine of Maine's many great chefs. Also it will attract food and wine lovers to Maine during late fall, when restaurants, retailers, inns and hotels and other businesses want to earn a little extra consumer attention.
Harvest is a food, wine, spirit and beer celebration. Over four hundred wines will be poured on opening night and all day Saturday. Plus dozens of spirits and beers.
From start to finish, Maine chefs and visiting authors and chefs will be working with Maine seafood, meats, cheeses and harvest season produce. It's going to be great. Please come out and help make this Maine hospitality community event a success. Cheers.
