Best Burger in Maine

According to the new Food Network Magazine, the best burger in Maine is: Owls Head General Store's "seven-napkin burger."

Was the research confined only to the Internets? After all, Maine Food and Lifestyle Magazine said the same thing last year.

My "away" home is a farm in central Maryland. The Baltimore Sun's restaurant critic Elizabeth Large asked the Food Network's pr person how the winner's were chosen. The reply:
"Elizabeth – along with Food Network Magazine’s editors and staff, a food critic from Maryland assisted in the selection. They’re listed at the end of the article. From Maryland it was Suzanne Loudermilk, Baltimore Magazine. The burgers were narrowed down to five nominations and each burger was tasted. The Heart Attack on a Plate was chosen as the one burger you can’t miss."
So the question for Maine is who helped with the selection and what are the 5 nominees from Maine?
