I'm in there almost everyday and love much of their stuff, but the croissants are terrible. They should be light and flaky but they are actually dense and chewy. Hilltop Coffee switched from Standard Baking to Rosemont a few years ago and it was a sad, sad day for me.

What are you talking about? The croissants at
Rosemont are the best hand made flakey buttery!
