Whenever I'm driving through Saugus, I stop at the TJ's on route 1. Last time I was there, the manager at the checkout said they expected to open a Portland store in the next year to 18 months (this was around Feb).

Online petitions don't really do anything.
I hope this rumor is true but "a cashier told me" doesn't hold water. I won't believe it until Trader Joe's announces it.
